What do we do?  

First, we test all components of the hot melt equipment before disassembly.

1. Test all sensors and check wiring.
2. Test heaters and other electrical components.
3. Test pump and output.
4. We disassemble the equipment and start from the ground up.
5. Once disassemble, we clean the equipment part by part.
6. We then replace all wear parts and any damaged components.
7. New RTD's and Thermostats are installed.
   
8. Damaged wiring is replaced and relabeled.
9. All insulation is replaced with new.
   
10. All sheet metal panels are painted or powder coated.
11. Tanks are burnt off and re-coated with a high quality non stick material.
12. Screws, nuts, and bolts are replaced with new.
13. Machines are then tested with your adhesive.
14. Gun and hose cordsets are cleaned.
15. Damaged pins are replaced with new.
